Chaotic Sanity is a solo-run creative business operated solely by me, and all products offered through this site are original artwork, prints, handmade goods, or digitally created art. Due to the creative and artistic nature of both physical and digital work, slight variations in color, texture, scale, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through PayPal and other WooCommerce-supported payment providers, and orders will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully received.
Orders for physical items are processed within 2-4 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier, and I am not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider. Because items are original, handmade, or created in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at my discretion. Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment; once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Digital products, including digitally created artwork or downloadable files, are non-refundable once delivered.
